Level 1

Service Description

In this in person Reiki class, you will be introduced and attuned to the system of Reiki. There is no pre-requisite. You will learn a foundation to practice Reiki on yourself and others. At the end of the class, you will receive a Reiki manual that includes all of Reiki Level I information. Each student receives a Usui Reiki Level I Certificate, with this certificate you will be able to register as a Reiki practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association, if you so choose, after completing a practicum. The focus, at this level, is on your own journey with a strong emphasis on self Reiki treatment. Throughout the day you can expect to; receive the Level 1 attunement, learn the history of Usui Reiki, practice a full self treatment, learn the hand positions to give a complete Reiki treatment, and practice giving a complete Reiki treatment with another participant. Please note: ~ Reiki classes are a maximum of six students. This small number allows for personalized instruction and exchanges.
